This Girard Mountain Cuvée Cabernet Franc allows us to showcase some of our treasured mountain vineyard sources and their expression of Cabernet Franc. For this cuvée, Cabernet Franc and a selection of traditional blending grapes were sourced from Diamond Mountain, and Mt. Veeder AVAs, with each appellation contributing something to
the overall blend. The Diamond Mountain fruit lends well-structured tannins and bold fruit while the cooler climate Mt. Veeder fruit lends complexity and vibrant acidity.
